Chapter 3
Hi guys! Do you remember what was going on in the second chapter? I know for sure I will not ever forget that moment. Let us just remind ourselves a bit, I was literally a present with a big blue bow on my head and we just got to Novi Sad. The youngest girl was carrying me in the bag and she knocked on the door. Blonde woman opened and screamed from happiness and shock!
Next thing I know… I saw HER and she saw ME. I can not even explain the feeling from that moment. Have you ever felt so much positive energy from one person but at the same time so much love that you could burst into tears? Trust me, it is not exaggeration. Your entire body, mind and soul scream I LOVE YOU. You are the one for me. And from that moment on I knew, she will be my new owner. She will be my new mama. She will be my world. She is. My loving Lea.
Lea was calmly sitting in a chair not really expecting something like this, but the moment she saw me and she saw me as soon as her mother, the blonde woman or my grandmother opened the door. The scream and tears of happiness… I am telling you it is so true. She picked me up from the decorative bag, removed the blue bow from my head and started to hug and kiss me so much. She kept saying something like “Is this real”. She did let go of me for a few moments so I could explore and meet the rest of the family and the apartment. At that point we were all at my grandparents’ house.
The place seemed nice, the whole family is lovely and Lea was beside me. What more could I want? After about an hour or so Lea said “I am not going nowhere but home with my baby now” and she packed her stuff and myself and we went outside. It is about 10 minutes of walk from my grandparent’s house to Lea’s place but since she carried a lot of stuff and she carried me in her hands it took us about a half an hour to get there. Guys, she carried me because she didn’t want my tiny feet to get cold in the October night. She was exhausted when we got our home. My new home. But she was the happiest I have ever seen her so far. And I was happy to be with her.
The moment we entered the apartment I could see she was beforehand prepared for me. Even though the entire family told her she will not be able to take care of the dog because dogs are needy, I saw everything she bought for me. The bed where I will be sleeping so soft and comfy, one bowl for fresh water and one for food, diapers so I can learn where to do my thing since I was still a baby and I was not supposed to go outside yet, bunch of toys and of course, the food. She had it all and she didn’t even know she will have me for sure. I mean she was that much determined to have me so she collected everything and was just waiting.
I was home. I felt it all and I knew this is my new home and I love it here. Lea said it was her best birthday ever and we were playing and having fun until it was time to go to bed. Naturally, I didn’t want to sleep alone and she was also kind of sad to let me sleep by myself so we ended up in her bed where I could listen her heart beat and she could hug me and rub my belly until I started snoring. I had my own pillow and a blanket. I mean it was Leas but she shared it with me. I am telling you guys love is everything and you really don’t need much in life.
All in all, I had a good night sleep in my new home with mama and the next morning I woke up happy and fresh. Oh, the breakfast and the play time and hugs and belly rubs and sweet sweet loving words. Everything was perfect.
